The ecosystem of opportunity, tools, and community for musicians is anemic. While many tools and platforms look promising, each of them share the same fundamental challenge; lack of community, visibility, and leverage. Perhaps this has perpetuated because the current system benefits a few, and due to the perceived threat, the gatekeepers go unaware of the universal benefit in unity–unlocking the power of togetherness. The “Future of Music” is a one-day convention converging music industry leaders, technology and creative community. This is the first of an annual conference to give tangible, real-life, information that fuels ongoing contribution and helps orchestrate success in this industry.
